A 9 day escape to Central Asia to live the experience of ancient traders, stay in Tamerlane birth town, and travel by air conditioned Express train between Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand, the cities of the fabled Great Silk Road.
Price includes : airport transfers, guided visits, admission fees, hotel with daily breakfast, train journeys, visa to Uzbekistan.

Day 1 Fly to Tashkent on scheduled airlines.
Day 2 TASHKENT
On arrival meeting with our representative and transfer to 4* Uzbekistan Hotel. Tashkent city tour with guide starting with the Old town : Hast Imam Square, Kaffal Sashi Mausoleum, Barak-Khan Madrasah where the world's oldest the Uthman Qur'an is kept, Juma Mosque, Tillya Sheikh Mosque, Kukeldash Madrasah and finally Chorsu bazaar.
DAY 3 TASHKENT – BUKHARA (B/-/-)
After an early breakfast, transfer to Tashkent train station. Departure to Bukhara onboard the Shark Daily Express 010F ( 08:15 - 14:45 ). Arrive Bukhara and transfer to Omar Khayam boutique hotel. Late afternoon sightseeing : Mausoleum of Bahouddin Naqshband, Summer Palace of last Emirs Sitorai Mokhi Khosa and Chor Bakr necropolis.
DAY 4 BUKHARA (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour Bukhara continues with the remains of Bukhara City wall and gate, Samonid's Mausoleum, Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, Kosh Madrasah Ensemble (Abdullakhan Madrasah & Modarikhan Madrasah), Bolo Khauz Mosque, Ark citadel & Zindan (ancient prison), Khodja Zaynuddin Complex, Poi Kalyan Complex: (Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque & Miri Arab Madrasah), Trading Dome: (Toki Zargaron, Тoki Telpak Furushon & Toki Sarrafon), Ulugbek Madrasah, Abdullazizkhan Madrasah, Khodja Gaukushan Ensemble, Magoki Attoron Mosque, Architectural ensemble Lyabi Hauz (Kukeldash Madrasah, Khanaka and Nodir Devan-Begi Madrasah), Synagogue and Chor Bakir Madrasah.
DAY 5 BUKHARA – SHAKHRISABZ (B/-/-)
Morning car transfer to Shakhrisabz, hometown of Tamerlane. City tour of Shakhrisabz with guide includes the remnants of Ak-Sarai Palace, Bazaar of Shakhrisabz, Kok-Gumbas Mosque, Khazret-Imam Mosque (Dorut Tilyavat ensemble, XIV century) and Gumbazi-Seidan Mausoleum (Dorus-Siadat ensemble, XIV century). Overnight at 3* Orient Shakhisabs Hotel.
DAY 6 SHAKHRISABZ – SAMARKAND (B/-/-)
After breakfast drive to Samarkand via a beautiful mountain road dotted with small villages. City tour of Samarkand with guide includes the Registan Ensemble: Ulugbek, Sher Dor and Tillya Kari Madrasah's, Gur-Emir Mausoleum (graves of Tamerlane and his descendants), Rukhobod Mausoleum, Bibi-Khonym Mosque and Siab bazaar. Overnight at boutique Hotel Grand Samarkand.
DAY 7 SAMARKAND (B/-/-)
More visits in Samarkand with Shakh-i-Zinda Ensemble, Khazrat-Khizr Mosque, Aancient settlement Afrosiab with Museum, Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor (Prophet Daniel) and observatory and memorial museum of Ulugbek.
DAY 8 SAMARKAND – TASHKENT (B/-/-)
Morning transfer to station for train to Tashkent onboard the Shark Daily Express № 009F ( 11:10 - 14:40 ). Arrive in Tashkent and transfer to hotel. Late afternoon visit the new part of the city : Mustaqillik Square (Independence Square), Museum of Fine and Applied Arts, Theatre Square, Amir Temur Square, Monument to Courage, Bunyodkor Square (former Halklar Dustligi Square) with Abul Kasim Madrasah and Tashkent metro station.

Morning at leisure for shopping before transfer to the airport for flight home.
