Day 01 : Departure on scheduled airlines from London Heathrow. On arrival arrange your own taxi transfer to 4* Hotel Hans Plaza for overnight.

Day 02 : DELHI ( (B ) Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure in Delhi. Suggested sightseeing: Old Delhi for the historic Red Fort built by 5th Mughal Shahjahan during 1638/48AD, Jama Masjid opposite the Red Fort. Optional rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk, the main High street in the Mughal times. Visit Rajghat – the cenotaph of Mahatma Gandhi. Overnight at Hans Plaza hotel.

Day 03 : DELHI ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Day at leisure for other optional visits to New Delhi: Connaught Place and Janpath (street), main downtown area of Delhi built by the British in 1931AD, National Museum, Rajpath and Vijay Chowk to view the Government building i.e. Rashtrapati Bhawan or the President House – formerly Palace of the British Viceroy of India, Central Secretariat, the centre of all Government activities, Parliament, the seat of world’s largest democracy, and India Gate the 1st world war memorial to the Indian dead in the war fighting under the British, all built by the British in 1931AD. Overnight at Hans Plaza Hotel.

Day 04 : DELHI / RISHIKESH ( B ) Morning transfer to New Delhi railway station for Shatabdi Express train ( 06:55-11:22) to Haridwar. On arrival arrange your own taxi transfer to Rishikesh. Check in at Hotel Natraj. Afternoon stroll along colourful bazars in town centre ending up at Triveni Ghat to witness the AARTI i.e worship of Holy River Ganga at dusk ( please check the Aarti time at hotel reception). Overnight at Hotel Natraj.

Day 05 : RISHIKESH/ DELHI ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Today recommended visits are : Muni-ki-Reti, a beach at Ganga, Laxman Jhoola suspension bridge which leads the way to some Ashrams ( hermitages). Late afternoon take a taxi to Haridwar station for the Shabtadi Express train back to Delhi (17:00- 22:45). Overnight at Hotel Hans Plaza.

Day 06 : DELHI/ JAIPUR ( B ) Early morning transfer to station for Shatabdi Express train to Jaipur (06:10-10:40). On arrival check in at Hotel Dera Rawatsar. Afternoon optional visit to City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar the royal observatory and Hawa Mahal – the palace of the winds which is a picture postcard symbol of Jaipur. Overnigh at Dera Rawatsar Heritage hotel.

Day 07 : JAIPUR ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Optional visit to the Fortress Palace of Amber,the former Capital of the Jaipur rulers till 1727AD. Elephant ride is available here from parking to the fort gates atop the hill. Evening free for independent activities. Overnight at Dera Rawatsar Heritage hotel.

Day 08 : JAIPUR / AGRA via FATEHPUR SIKRI ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Agra, the city of The Taj Mahal. En route you may like to have lunch at RAJASTHAN MOTEL, Mahua. Suggested sightseeing : Fatehpur Sikri – one of the Capitals of The Great Mughals, built during 1569-72AD. Continue to Agra. Check in at 3* Hotel Mansingh Palace for overnight.

Day 09 : AGRA ( B ) Today you are suggested to wake up early for a visit to The Taj Mahal at sunrise. After breakfast, suggested visit to Agra Fort – built over the reigns of 3 Mughal emperors. Overnight at Mansingh Palace 3* hotel.

Day 10 : AGRA / JHANSI / KHAJURAHO ( B ) Early morning transfer to railway station to connect SHATABDI EXPRESS train to Jhansi. From Jhansi drive to Khajuraho (180 kms / 4.50hrs) and check in at Hotel Usha Bundela for overnight. Evening optional visit to SOUND & LIGHT SHOW at the Western Cluster of Temples.

Day 11: KHAJURAHO ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Optional walk ( 10 minute ) to the Western Cluster of Temples. Must see would be Laxman Temple & Kandaria Mahadev Temple built a 1,000 years ago – finest example of Hindu Temple architecture. Afternoon optional jeep excursion to Raneh Falls and the National Park (18 kms away) or just book AYURVEDIC MASSAGE to rejuvenate the self.

Day 12 : KHAJURAHO / VARANASI ( B ) Breakfast at hotel. Check out and arrange your own taxi transfer to the airport for flight to Varanasi. On arrival take a taxi to 4* Hotel Hindustan International. Afternoon optional walk to the nearby market to get a feel of the local colours.

Day 13 : VARANASI ( B ) Optional : early morning take a taxi to River Ganga (Ganges) and take a BOAT RIDE ON GANGA to view the morning activities at the river banks. See Manikarnika Ghat where Hindus cremate their dead to ensure straight passage to heaven. Return to Hotel and after breakfast optional visit Sarnath where Lord Buddha delivered the first sermon after attaining enlightenment, some 2,500 years ago. Also you are suggested to visit the Archeological Museum to see the original 3-Lions sculpture carved in 3rd century BC and now the National Emblem of India. Afternoon free to explore the city on your own or to visit Bharat Kala Bhawan i.e. Art Museum in Banaras Hindu University campus.

Day 14 : VARANASI / DELHI / Departure ( B ) Arrange your own taxi transfer to airport for flight back to Delhi to connect with your flight home.

Day 15 : Arrive home
