Day 1 Fly to Delhi

Day 2 Delhi (-/-/D)
On arrival at Delhi international airport meeting with our representative and car transfer to The Park 4* Hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight. Welcome dinner at local restaurant in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi – Dholpur (B/-/D)
Your journey into Rajasthan begins with a drive to the formerly princely state of Dholpur (6 hours drive ), a city in the eastern-most parts of Rajasthan. Enroute, stop in Mathura holy city, the birth place of Krishna to visit some of its temples and the Agra Bear Rescue Facility. On arrival in Dholpur check-in at Raj Niwas Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy your hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at Raj Niwas Palace (Villa with pool).

Day 4 Dholpur – Karauli (B/L/D)
Today you will travel to the remote Ramathra Fort (5 hours drive ), near Karauli, for a two night stay. Karauli, former capital of the princely Karauli state , is a small town but is home to 300 temples hence is regarded as one of the holiest cities of Rajasthan. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at your hotel, enjoying the spectacular views over Kalisil Lake and the surrounding countryside. Lunch, dinner & overnight stay at Ramathra Fort.

Day 5 Karauli (B/L/D)
Enjoy a full day tour exploring Karauli famous for its art and architecture including the City Palace and the Madam Mohanji Temple. Lunch, dinner & overnight stay at Ramathra Fort.

Day 6 Karauli – Bundi (B/-/D)
This morning drive to Bundi (4 hours drive), once a major capital of a Rajput princely state. Today the medieval atmosphere of this picturesque little town remains in the shape of the mighty Taragarh Fort. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner & overnight at Braj Bhusan Haveli.

Day 7 Bundi – Bijaipur (B/-/D)
After a morning city tour of Bundi you will travel to Bijaipur (3 hours drive), the former kingdom of Mewar. Here you will stay at the 16th century Castle Bijaipur for two nights. Built to defend the Mewar Empire, the castle has been converted into a charming heritage hotel overlooking the beautiful vindhayanchal ranges. Overnight stay at Castle Bijaipur.

Day 8 Bijaipur (B/-/D)
Day at leisure to relax staying at Castle Bijaipur, or with your driver explore the surrounding area or take a trip to the impressive Fort of Chittaurgarh. Optional horse riding in village roads. Dinner & overnight stay at Castle Bijaipur.

Day 9 Bijaipur – Dungarpur (B/-/D)
From Bijaipur overland transfer to the foothills of the Aravalli Hills ( 6 hours drive ). Your overnight stay will be at the Udai Bilas Palace, a 19th century palace lying on the banks of Gaibsagar Lake. Dinner & overnight at the Palace.

Day 10 Dungarpur (B/-/D)
Morning visit to Juna Mahal Palace, a seven floor building ornated by beautifully carved windows and pillars, mesmerizing glass and wall paintings. Next enjoy the beauty of Gaipsagar lake and the small palace of Badal Mahal, Vijay Raj Rajeshwar temple. Visit Rajmata Devendra Kunwar Government Museum to see the rich heritage of Dungarpur before completing the day with a few temples

Day 11 Dungarpur – Sardargarh (B/-/D)
Today continue by road to Sardargarh (5 hours drive), one of the magnificent forts of Rajasthan where you will spend the next two nights at Sardargarh Fort, built between 1738 and 1743 and set amidst the mountains and deep forests of Chuppun. Dinner & overnight at Sardargarh Fort.

Day 12 Sardargarh (B/-/D)
Spend the day relaxing at the hotel, enjoy a horse or camel ride within the Fort or pay a visit to the colourful local market. Dinner & overnight at Sardargarh Fort.

Day 13 Sardargarh – Udaipur (B/-/D)
After a leisurely breakfast depart by road to Udaipur ( 94 kms, 2 hours drive ). Upon arrival transfer to The Mahendra Prakash hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Udaipur.

Day 14 Udaipur (B/-/D)
Today embark on a guided tour of The City Palace & Museum, a majestic architectural marvel towering over a lake. It is one of the most beautiful palaces in the state of Rajasthan, a conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces, corridors, rooms and hanging gardens. The main entrance is through the Triple arched gate “Tripolia” with eight marble porticos; the Indo-Aryan Jagdish temple, built in 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh, is the largest and the most beautiful temple of Udaipur resplendent with amazing sculptures and the Saheliyon ki Bari with its numerous fountains. Evening sunset cruise on the beautiful placid Lake Pichola. The lake is surrounded by hills & Palaces including the beautiful City Palace, temples, bathing ghats and embankments. Dinner and overnight at Mahendra Prakash hotel.

Day 15 Udaipur – Delhi (B/-/-)
Car transfer to Udaipur airport to board a midday flight to Delhi. Upon arrival you will be met & transferred to Ashok County Hotel near the airport.

Day 16 Departure (B/-/-)
In due time car transfer to airport for your flight home.
