Full Package Option (Includes Flight)

We are proud to offer a personalised service from our UK office.

On booking, you will be assigned your own personal Visit Asia contact for the duration of your booking with us.

Here are the steps before you take-off:

1)		Take your time to browse our large range of tours in Asia
2)		When you’ve found your ideal tour, click on the ‘Enquiry’ button and fill in your details, ticking ‘send me a quote’. At this point you will be personally assigned a member of our staff.
3)		We will be in touch to confirm your tour details and price, provide you options on flights*, answer any questions you might have and when you are happy, process your deposit payment. At this point, in order to secure your flight booking, we will require full payment for the flights and £200 deposit per person for the tour.
4)		If visa processing is included in your tour package, we’ll send you a form to complete, you send this to us with your passport / or drop it into our office and we’ll return your passport with your completed visa**
5)		The final payment is usually due 2 months before departure. Once this has been received, we’ll send your tour dossier, full itinerary and other details.
6)		You’re ready to enjoy your holiday, if you have any further questions, just call Visit Asia for the answers

* If you do not wish to take our flight options, at this stage you can still book your own flight (See our ‘Tour Package Option’). Simply tell our staff at this stage that you wish to change to the ‘Tour Package Option’, to secure the same tour price as when you clicked on the ‘Book’ button. You’ll then need to follow the steps of that option.
** If you’d prefer to process your own visa, that’s fine. Tell us during step 3 and we’ll remove the cost of your visa from the overall package cost before we process your payment.
