Day 1 : Departure from London Heathrow. Fly with to Chengdu via Bangkok with Thai Airways other scheduled airlines.

Day 2 : CHENGDU ( D )
Arrival at ChengDu airport in the afternoon. Meeting with our local representative and transfer to YunLong 3* hotel. Welcome Dinner at local restaurant. Overnignt in Chengdu.

Day 3 : CHENGDU (B,L)
After breakfast, guided visit to Dufu thatched Cottage. Dufu is one of the greatest poets of the Tang Dynasty and Dufu Cottage was his residence when he took refuge in Chengdu. Next visit is to Wuhou Temple. Located on the outskirts of Chengdu City, this Temple was built in the sixth century to commemorate Zhuge Liang (Kongming), known for his great wisdom as the Premier of the Shu, one of the "Three Kingdoms" in of 221-263A.D.. After Lunch, visit to the Giant Panda Research Centre located in the mountain of Futoushan in the northern suburbs of the city. Last  visit of the day is to Wangjiang Tower. Back to hotel in late afternoon. Overnignt in Chengdu.

Day 4 : CHENGDU – LHASA (B,L)
Transfer to Chengdu airport flight to Lhasa. On arrival at Lhasa Gonggar airport which was built on 3000 m altitude, drive to Lhasa city with stopover for visit to Brahmaputra valley, a Buddha Sculpture dated back to the 11th century and Tibetan local villages etc… Lunch en-route. Overnight at Tibet Shizheng  3* Hotel

Day 5: LHASA (B,L)
Lhasa guided city tour including Potala Palace , Norbulingka Summer Palace , Jokhang Temple , Barkhor Street, Ramoche temple , Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 6 : LHASA-SHIGATSE (B,L)
Drive to Shigatse, stop en route for the Yamdrok Lake called 'Jade Lake' by the Tibetans and is one of the Three Holy Lakes. Visitors can scoop and drink water from the lake. Climb up the Korala glaciers before lunch. Continue by overland to Shigatse for overnight at Shigatse 3* hotel.

Day 7 : TASHILHUNPO Monastery (B,L)
Full day Shigatse guided tour including Tashilhunpo Monastery, Shigatse fair. After lunch visit to Lhokar Tibetan granary. Car return to Lhasa and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Tibet Shizheng Hotel.

Day 8 : LAHSA – SHANGRI-LA (B,L)
After breakfast, proceed to Shangri-la , the lost Horizon Paradise . Upon arrival visit the Guishan park (old town of Shangri-la), Napahai Lake, a provincial nature reserve, which is capped with deep snow during winter and spring, SongZangLing (GuiHua)Temple, the largest Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Yunnan Province and NaPa pasture. Overnight at HuanTai 3* Hotel

Day 9 : SHANGRI-LA Pudacuo National Park (B,L)
After breakfast, enjoy the hightlight of the trip : Pudacuo National park, the biggest in Asia. There are two lakes in the park , Bita lake and ShuDu lake from where visitors can enjoy stunning views. Overnight at HuanTai Hotel

Day 10 : SHANGRI-LA – LIJIANG (B,L)
Morning transfer to Lijiang. On the way take in the stunning view at the first bend of Yangtze. Next visit to the Tiger leaping gorge then Shigu Town. Overnight at Sanhe 3* Hotel

Day11 : LIJIANG (B,L)
Morning visits include the major attractions along the Yulong Snow Mountain Yun shan Ping, 3,500 m above sea level. Enjoy a cable car ride passing by all-year-round-snow capped mountains and the White river underneath. Later stroll in Yushui village scenic spot before returning to Sanhe Hotel for overnight.

Day12 : LIJIANG (B,L)
Afert breakfast, drive to picturesque historical ancient Dayan town with its beautiful bridges, Si Fang Street, and its Naxi population in colourful traditional costumes figuring the moon and stars. Overnight at Sanhe Hotel

Day13 : LIJIANG – DALI (B,L)
Transfer to Dali where many cultural relics from the Nanzhao Kingdom are being preserved. Enjoy 'Dali San Dao Cha' cum culture dance performance in Xizhou old town. Next visit the Three Towering Pagodas of Chongshen Monastery built in 836AD. After lunch, visit Dali ancient town and Yangren Street. Overnight at Landscape Hotel 3*

Day 14: DALI (B,L)
After breakfast, enjoy a boat ride on the Erhai Lake and to Jin suo island. Overnight at Landscape Hotel.

Day 15: DALI – KUNMING (B,L)
Transfer to airport for flight to Kunming. On arrival guided visit the Golden Temple built in 1671, the biggest bronze temple in China. Next drive to West Hill & Dragon Gate to take a beautiful view over Dianchi lake. Over night in Sakura 4* Hotel.

Day 16: KUNMING (B,L)
After Breakfast, explore the Stone Forest and visit Yi ethnic minority village. Contact with friendly local villagers in their houses. After lunch, transfer to Jiuxiang Cave. Overnight at Sakura Hotel 4*

Day 17: KUNMING (B,L)
In the morning, transfer to Qiongzhu and YuanTong Temples, the most famous Buddha temples in Yunnan. Next drive downtown for a city tour and visit the Golden Horse & Green Phoenix Torii, Kunming landmark. Lunch during visits. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Sakura Hotel 4*

Day18: DEPARTURE  (B)
Transfer to airport for flight home or beach extension to Sanya in HaiNan island

Day 19: Departure (B)
Arrive home in the morning.
